Product Introduction
A high-speed pulping machine is a mechanical equipment that uses high-speed rotating cutting tools or turbo pumps to quickly crush and stir materials into a slurry. The core principle is to generate strong shear force and eddy current effect through high speed, so that materials can be uniformly mixed in a short period of time, which is suitable for various industries.
The equipment is driven by an electric motor to drive a high-speed turbine or blade, and the material is sucked in from the bottom to form a vortex, which is crushed into slurry through centrifugal force and friction. This design can achieve pulp making with high uniformity of the slurry, and some equipment has short distance conveying function. Compared with traditional low-speed mixers, high-speed pulping machines have faster pulping speeds, but temperature control should be taken into account to avoid material quality being affected by frictional heat generation.
