The whole machine consists of two symmetrical working chambers, a vacuum system (vacuum pump, vacuum valve), a heat sealing system (heating strip, silicone strip, cooling device), a control system (PLC, touch panel), and a rack. Two studios share a set of vacuum and heat sealing components, which are driven by pneumatic devices to open and close the upper cover, equipped with sealing strips to ensure the airtightness of the studio; The components that come into contact with food are made of 304 stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant, easy to clean, and meets food hygiene and safety standards.
