dicing machine
The cutting machine has two main actions: pushing and transporting materials, and cutting motion. Pushing motion is to use a push rod to push the meat in the cutting groove forward towards the grid area, and cutting motion is to cut the meat into diced pieces.
When the front door is closed and the side pressure mechanism is fully pressed, the corresponding two induction switches will act, connecting the control power, the oil pump will work, causing the push rod to advance and squeeze the meat material, and the grid and cutter will start working to cut the meat material. When the push rod pushes the pushing block forward, the induction switch below the pushing block acts, and the grid and cutting stop cutting. At the same time, the push rod drives the pushing block to quickly return straight to the starting point. The other induction switch below the pushing block acts, and the pushing block stops at its original position, completing one working cycle. Then, the material is added again to prepare for the next cutting.
