The Wulian Honeycomb Braised Pot is a food processing equipment that integrates multi pot linkage and intelligent temperature control braised function. It is designed for large-scale and multi category production in braised product processing plants, central kitchens, and chain cooked food enterprises. The equipment is based on a honeycomb heating structure and is arranged in parallel with five independent pots to achieve synchronous braising of different categories and flavors of braised products. It is suitable for braising, stewing, and flavoring operations of various ingredients such as meat, poultry, soy products, and eggs, greatly improving production efficiency and product standardization.

The equipment adopts a zone heating and synchronous operation mode, with each group of pots releasing uniform heat through honeycomb heating coils, allowing the brine to quickly heat up and maintain a constant temperature. The honeycomb structure allows heat to dissipate synchronously from multiple points, avoiding local high temperatures that may cause the brine to become burnt, while ensuring that the ingredients are evenly heated and thoroughly flavored.
